Making Yoga part of your life
I feel yoga is the best investment that you can do for yourself.
My goal is to help you to really make yoga a part of your life so that it supports your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I know how amazing TriYoga can make you feel and this is what I want to share.
Why private classes ?
Many people think that yoga is not for them because they are not 'flexible', but let me assure you that with right tools and instructions anyone can improve not only their flexibility but also their strength and endurance. Private classes enable you to start gently with yoga, exactly from where you are at this very moment. This way you will progress at your own pace and your own rhythm. With each series, you start to increase your strength, flexibility and your knowledge about the 'Flow' and integrate different breathing techniques to your practice.
TriYoga classes are absolutely for everyone. I have students from 20 to 70 year old, which is really wonderful as all the classes can be modified to correspond to each and everyone's individual needs. The private class enables you to really communicate before, during and after to fully integrate and understand the 'Flow' of TriYoga.

About the class...
So this is how it works :
You are able to choose when and where you want to take the class, you can come to the Studio in the Old Town of Nice or we can do the class at the comfort of your own home. Often in the Summer time I also have classes outside which is really wonderful!
Class is between 1h15 min and 1h30 min and includes:
Yogasana (yoga postures)
Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
If time allows:
Prana vidya (rhytmic breathing, concentration and meditation)

The 'Basics' of TriYoga is formed by five series:
EARTH WATER FIRE AIR SPACE
Each different series prepares you for the next as flexibility, strength, endurance and knowledge of the flows increases.
Each individual series focuses on one of the following or a combination :
Free the Hips Flow
Free the Hips Flow focuses on the hips and lower body in order to help create greater health and vitality in the pelvic region, legs and feet. You will learn to move your hips in their natural directions, progressively increasing strength, flexibility and circulation. The practise restores openness to the hips allowing you to move with more ease and fluidity.
Free the Spine Flow
Free the Spine Flow emphasizes wavelike spinal mouvements that help promote strength, flexibility and energy in the spine as well as the chest, abdomen, shoulders, arms and hands. The flow of body, breath and focus encourage the increase of vitality to the body and calmness to the mind.
Strenghtening Flow
There are two parts to Strenghtening Flow. The first part is a series of continuous flow of postures, designed to increase circulation and strength in the upper body. The second series focuses on increasing circulation in the lower body while building strength in the hips, legs and feet.
