Every Friday morning, I practise yoga with Nina. I very much look forward to that moment because I feel very relaxed during the whole day after the class. For one hour, I no longer think about my work or my problems, the only thing that counts is to breathe and do the postures. Since I began the classes, the pain in my back has lessen and I feel better everyday. I find again the harmony and the balance that I had lost long time ago.

One hour of weekly yoga might not seem a lot, but nevertheless, the stress fades away; my body and mind relaxes, letting go and connecting to concentrate on the exercices taught by Nina's soft and caring voice. The deep breathing and the flow of the postures enable my body to become more flexible and I become conscious of my physical and mental capacities, but without judging myself. I leave the class in a state of lightness and the benefits last several days, because one should not forget what was learned during the class, which is henceforth, essential.

I practised TriYoga in my home with Nina twice a week. TriYoga was different from my usual practice in the UK (Bikram) but I quickly picked it up with the great guidance from Nina. I found the classes to be relaxing as she focuses on the breathing throughout the practice. I loved the variations to the series and could adjust our practice to how I was feeling. Nina is a great teacher and I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions together and gained so much knowledge on my technique and the breathing.

My weekly TriYoga practise with Nina has become almost a necessity. The practise which is both intensive and without any hurry, during which Nina ensures the right alignments in postures, is very pleasant and corresponds entirely my needs in this stage of my life. I have practised Hatha yoga for some years, but since my retirement I did not really know how to start yoga without an instructor. For this reason, Nina's private and small group classes fulfill an important part in order to maintain my physical wellbeing as well as being healing in general. Without these classes it feels like something is missing during the week!

I have been to Nina's TriYoga class three times, in Helsinki and in Nice. These classes have been wonderful practices. I like the flowing movements that are also very suitable to someone like me who is a little on the stiff side, though much less stiff after the class. I also like Nina's gentle way of teaching and her peaceful voice. I am able to reach a very profound and deep state.

I found Nina's classes at the beginning of the year through a friend. I had not been practicing yoga before, but had always dreamt about trying. From the first time I was hooked. During my time in Nice, I have taken Nina's private classes 2-3 times a week. Not only I am drawn to the peaceful environment of Nina's Studio and her calm way of teaching, but the practice has had clear benefits. The range of movement in my body has much improved and the quality of my sleep has also got much better. Nina has been very flexible with me, because in my age, I don't twist and turn to all postures anymore. We have tried different mouvements and postures and have found the ones that work the best for me. After Nina's class I step out to the world, and wonder how everyone seems to be in such a hurry...

I have been practicing Triyoga almost 25 years. I began in my mid 20's and am now in my mid 50's. Triyoga is the backbone of my life.
